Chef en Casa is ALEMENTO’s intimate private dining experience hosted at Casa Alemento, this year 2026 we are honor to share our experience in Playa del Carmen, México.
Designed for small gatherings, it offers a seasonal chef’s table experience in our private home setting — not a restaurant, but a curated culinary evening

Every Chef en Casa evening includes:
-A seasonal 7 course tasting menu designed by our Chef John Lawson
- Personalized adaptation for dietary restrictions
-Thoughtful ingredient sourcing with a focus on wellbeing
-A private, intimate setting
-Personal interaction with the Chef John Lawson.
-A Ceremonial experience that celebrates food.
Our Menu as a seasonal design. Every season we change our menu in order to offer the best of our harvest. We connect with local farmers to bring the freshnes in our table.
WE OFFER A 7 COURSE TASTING MENU THAT CHANGE EVERY SEASON AND IS DESIGN BY OUR CHEF JOHN LAWSON.

SEASONAL MENU 7-course tasting menu
$90 USD per guest
ONLINE RESERVATION
The reservation online require a full amount payment to confirm your reservation.
EMAIL OR WHAT´S APP RESERVATION
If you contact us via email or cell phone a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the experience.
Optional add-ons are available
• Cocktail or mocktail (pre/post dinner) – $15 USD per person
• Organic Wine Pairing – $65 USD per person
• Cheese plate (serves 2) – $20 USD
• Celebration cake:
$30 USD (1–4 guests)
$50 USD (4–8 guests)
We host 2 to 8 guests per evening to ensure an intimate and highly personalized experience.
Availability is limited.
Experiences are by reservation only and typically hosted in the evening.
A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required to ensure optimal ingredient sourcing and preparation.
